Derek Gwin
Director of Technology
Derek Gwin is Director of Technology at TSEG. He brings years of experience building, testing, and launching software products for large enterprises in both product management and software engineering roles. Derek is a veteran of the United States Air Force, having served on active duty as a paralegal supporting attorneys in criminal, civil, and labor law.
Derek holds a Master of Science in Software Engineering from St. Mary’s University. He completed his undergraduate education at Colorado State University, where he graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems and Business Analytics.
Derek lives in San Antonio, TX, with his wife, stepdaughter, and two dogs. When not working, he enjoys time spent outdoors fishing, hiking, or relaxing in the Texas Hill Country.
