Pete Valadez

Pete is Vice President of Finance at TSEG, where he leads the company’s financial strategy, risk management, and long-term planning efforts. He partners with executive leadership to ensure TSEG’s financial operations scale effectively and responsibly in support of the company’s continued growth. This includes supporting financial strategy across TSEG’s partner entities and affiliated law firms.

Pete brings over 20 years of finance leadership experience spanning audit, accounting, and financial planning and analysis. He holds a degree in Accounting from the University of the Incarnate Word and carries both Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) designations.
Outside of work, Pete enjoys staying active through working out and competing in triathlons. His two daughters keep him plenty busy on the weekends during volleyball season, and he wouldn’t have it any other way. He lives in San Antonio with his family and their Labrador Retriever.
