Raj Dewagan

Having spent most of his career in early stage Austin startups, Raj has held customer facing roles in the software industry and specializes in developing and scaling organizations. In his latest role, he was able to scale the business from 0 customers to 1500+ all while maintaining operational excellence and customer centricity.

At TSEG Raj will be responsible for managing strategic initiatives, optimizing operations, and leveraging data to guide decision-making.

Outside of work Raj loves to hangout with his family which includes his wife Olivia, daughters Lyla and Cora and fur baby Kobe. When not with family, you’ll find Raj watching any sports he can get his hands on, but specifically rooting for the Los Angeles Lakers and Los Angeles Chargers.
