As Chief Marketing Officer – Graham’s primary roles include managing key accounts, providing sales leadership to TSEG as well as overseeing marketing for Cloud 8 Sixteen. Graham is passionate about developing an intelligent sales culture committed to relationships with a focus on strategy.
“I believe the last thing anyone wants to want to hear is a sales pitch. When we talk with prospective clients, it is critical for both parties to define risks, unknowns, limitations and be on the same page about the challenges. Where traditional sales may attempt to obscure these realities – we believe partnerships can only develop when the spotlight shines on them; from there real conversations about the real issues can occur. More importantly it means that when a client hires us true partnerships emerge (not just transactional moments).”
Graham was co-founder of TSEG, now a division of Cloud 8 Sixteen. Prior to that, he held sales positions in small owner-operated businesses and large public corporations, including roles with two of the largest business-to-consumer directories in the US.
Outside of work Graham enjoys cooking & traveling with his wife and trying to keep up with their two kiddos. Graham enjoys basketball, golf, fly-fishing and is constantly scheming about his next fishing adventure.
